工作职责 Job Responsibilities:
1. 评估，提高、改善产品的工艺过程自动化方案。
Evaluate, improve and optimize the automation solutions for product manufacturing processes.
2. 新自动化设备的调试、工艺过程风险分析。
Commission new automation equipment and conduct risk analysis for manufacturing processes.
3. 制定相关的验证方案和实施过程管理。
Develop relevant validation plans and manage the implementation process.
4. 制定和更新设备的作业指导书和验证报告。
Formulate and update operation manuals and validation reports for equipment.
5. 运用精益生产工具，带领团队进行工艺过程改善。
Utilize lean production tools to lead the team in improving manufacturing processes.
6. 精益项目的实施和推进管理
Implement and manage the advancement of lean projects.
7. 对生产的效率中问题进行改善，提供合理的解决方案。
Improve the efficiency of production and provide reasonable solutions to the problems.
8. 对集团的海外工厂提供自动化或设备的技术支援。
Provide technical support for automation or equipment to overseas factories of the group.
9. 处理海外工厂导入的自动化或设备的问题.
Handle problems related to the introduction of automation or equipment in overseas factories.
能力要求 Job Requirement:
1. 熟悉制造厂的自动化改善，对精益生产有一定的认识；
Familiar with the automation improvements of the manufacturing plant and have a certain understanding of lean production;
2. 有生产流程过程改善有较多的项目经验；
Have extensive experience in process improvement of production procedures;
3. 英文能够听说流利
Can speak and understand English fluently;
4. 熟练操作CAD绘图和3D绘图软件
