POSITION SUMMARY:

1) Optimize the production lines process to improve efficiency, reduce scrap and assure quality
优化产线制程提升其效率，报废降低及确保品质
2) Be responsible for all quality work (such as quality standard set up, customer complaint response, QRQC and so on)
负责所有质量事项（如建立品质标准，客诉响应，QRQC等）
3) Instruct and follow ME to finish all tasks on time
及时安排及跟进工程师日常工作
4) Communicate effectively with others department to solve any problems quickly
通过与其他部门之沟通快速而有效解决问题
MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES TO BE ACCOMPLISHED:
（主要工作内容、岗位职责）:
1. Work with maintenance and production group to meet monthly objective (such as CR, Efficiency, Quality)
通过与维护及生产团队之合作达到每月之目标（降本，效率，品质等）
2. Monitor & improve manufacturing process by working with technician and APU supervisor.
通过与技术员/APU主管之合作使制造流程得到监控及改善
3. Continuous process improvement to achieve the improvement target on productivity, process scrap and FPY. （lean tooling, QRQC,）
通过(精益生产工具，QRQC等)持续改善实现产线生产效率，制程报废，首次通过率之目标
4. Take leader with technical group to implement preventive maintenance to assembly machine in good condition.
有效对组装线实施预防维护使其处于良好状态
5. Improve quality level, and support PQE to deal with customer complaint.
提升品质级别同时支援PQE处理客诉
6. Train technician and production staff in engineering and quality aspect.
在工程及质量方面给予技术员及生产员工相应培训
7. Work with other functions to ensure project transfer successfully.
通过与其他功能团队之合作确保项目之成功转移
8. According to customer request, responsible for assembly process and tooling design review and change follow;
(根据客户的需求，负责对组装制程与夹治具的评估及更改跟进)
9. Complete the other works assigned by department manager
完成部门经理指派之工作
教育背景（学历要求）：
机械工程、工业工程、电子与通信工程或相关专业大专学历及以上。
工作经验及必备知识：
10 年以上制造业工作经验，且具备 5-8 年以上线缆组件相关工作经验；
熟悉相关质量工具，能够运用工具进行问题分析与解决；
