- Key Roles
1. Manage the company quality system to ensure the quality initiatives are disseminated and implemented in the whole company.
2. Manage customer quality requirement and build into company quality system and ensure compliance to achieve the customer needs and expectations.
3. Lead QMS team to continue improve quality management system at each site.
- Main Responsibility
1. Responsible for organizing the establishment and improvement of the company's quality management system, ensuring the effective operation of the system, and promoting the continuous improvement of the quality system.
2. Responsible for quality documentation organization, training, and improvement.
3. Responsible for regular management review and drive for system level improvement opportunity.
4. Responsible for the 3rd party and customer audit, to ensure the highest level of product quality and service to the customer.
5. Responsible for the company's internal audit work, including system audit, process audit, product audit, and the planning, implementation, and statistics of related nonconforming items, tracking and completion of corrective and preventive actions
6. Responsible for the application and audit of management systems such as ISO 9001 and other related standards.
7. Lead QMS department, develop the team and offer training and directions, to ensure the achievement of overall business objectives of quality department.
- Job requirements
1. University degree or above
2. At least 10 years experiences in quality management in the foreign invested enterprise with strong system knowledge (e.g. ISO, Environmental, Social Responsibility, etc). Apple supply chain experience is preferred.
3. At least 3 years experiences with team management. Multiple sites team management experience is preferred.
4. Rich experience on factory process audit, QMS audit. Certificated lead auditor is preferred.
5. Strong quality leadership, developing and promoting the whole quality organization.
6. Strong communication and logic capability, high level of negotiation and presentation skills.
7. Ability to take initiative and work under pressure
8. Fluent in English in both writing and speaking
