1.0 General 概述
Be responsible for product design and development, including meeting customer requirements, cost estimation, problem analysis and project status reporting.
2.0 Specific Responsibilities 工作职责
- Adopt new concept and take initiative in the research process to identify the best approach to turn the concept into a product that will work as intended and be manufacturable;
- Develop or enhance existing or new products based on requirements/feedback from Marketing or Engineering;
- Prepare CAD drawings and costing information;
- Conduct Pre-debug on products before tooling start;
- Provide development and engineering support from EP to production;
- Figure out the most economical method and effective technology to apply to the design.
- Research new technology applications in the market for new product development.

4.0 Required Skill Set 工作技能要求
- Familiar with CAD and Solidworks software.
- Able to create 3D models from 2D sketches.
- Familiar with motion mechanisms and gearbox design.
- Able to debug and improve mechanical systems.
- Good command of written English & Chinese.
- Able to carry out design works independently and finish projects on time with minimum supervision.
5.0 Required Qualifications & Experience 任职资格及经验要求
- University degree in engineering. Strong interests in mechanical product design.
- Familiar with toys development process。
- Working experience in a factory environment, familiar with various manufacturing processes.
- Good knowledge in injection molds, plastics, metal parts, motors, and basic electronics.
- Experience in handling projects for toy planes, toy cars or other mechanical toys.
