Compliance Manager (Station in Cambodia)
Responsibilities :
Able to recognize the compliance requirement of customers
Proactively in collaborate with Cambodia and China compliance teams
Co-ordinate and organize internal audits
Coordinate training activities and perform post-training performance analysis for continuous improvement
Follow-up closely with customers, understand customers' requirement and the relevant standard
Co-ordinate and organize teams on routine audit programs' planning
Measuring the Company energy utilization and prepare the Energy / Carbon Report to the stakeholders.
Organize RISE and sustainability training
Prepare and update CAP, Company Social Compliance, QA Policies and Procedure.
Ensure all compliance and QA policies and procedures are in-force
Ensure the implementation as planned
Maintain documentation of compliance activities, such as customers' feedback and audit
Requirements :
Degree holder with relevant working experience in the garment manufacturing industry
At least 5 years of experience in factory compliance
Sweater field experience preferable
Knowledge of ISO, SA8000, SMETA, BSCI, C-TPAP, GSV and SCAN
Knowledge in Oeko-Tex; GRS, RWS, RAS, Blue Sign, REACH Program and Carbon Audit etc.
Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese / Mandarin)
Independent, self-driven and result-oriented
Good communication and interpersonal skills in dealing with customer’s auditors, factory management team etc.
Station in Cambodia and occasionally traveling is necessary.
