1.Support PCBA manufacturing process: Wave Soldering, Selective Wave Soldering, Conformal Coating, Ultrasonic Welding, Box Build, etc
2.Process & Yield improvement & optimization with using Six Sigma tools e.g. DOE or other statistical techniques
3.Provide technical expertise to support product Design for Manufacturing (DFM)
4.Work with QA & SMT PE for technical items/issues
5.Prepare changes, additions and modifications which will facilitate manufacturing process
6.Design tooling, fixture e.g. Stencil, Wave Pallets, etc
7.Prepare process validation document to customer
8.Create/maintain documentation (Process Flow FMEA, Control Plan & Process Flow, PMP) to support production
9.Productivity Improvement
Qualifications
1.Bachelor's degree in engineering
2.3-10 years’ experience in PCBA and Box Build process e.g. Wave soldering, Selective wave soldering, conformal coating, Ultrasonic, etc
3.Experience in Plastic assembly, Mechanical Assembly, Box Build are advantage
4.Good attitude
5.Six Sigma knowledge is an advantage
6.Experience in Automotive & Medical Device requirement is an advantage
7.Good command of both spoken and written English
8.Able to use Minitab
9.Able to work under pressure
