1.Responsible on sustaining job with response Wave soldering machines, Router machine, Laser cut machine, Robotic.
2.Monitor breakdown for preventive maintenance and OEE improvement (Equipment breakdown prevention)
3.Monitor Machine Performance improvement (Reduce cycle time/increase UPH) in order to achieve with production demand
4.Machine spare part management (MOQ review) including critical items (ABC classification)
5.Support capability & function of machine for new product qualification
6.Perform new machine installation & re-layout for line commissioning
7.Provide Machine Procedure, Preventive Maintenance document
8.Communicate with vendor for for PR issue
9.Work with Supplier for Machine modification and Improvement
Qualifications :
1.Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or Electrical Power Engineering.
2.Min. 2 years experience of Wave soldering machine/Router machine/Robotic/Machine Maintenance.
3.Good attitude
4.Skills of SMT/SMD/Wave soldering process (Programing)/PLC
5.Understanding of UPH, PFMEA
6.Flexibility & Good Logical Thinking
7.Able to work under pressure
