工作内容：
1. New products(terminals) and new stamping Die quotation.
2. DFM (stamping process) analysis.
3. In charge of compiling document of DFMEA, die design reviewing checking list etc.
4. Die design and die design reviewing: including cutting stations, forming stations and adjustment stations etc.
5. Follow up Die trail run and mass production, production improvement.
5. Understand brand press machine specifications, Select stamping process machine.
6. Deal with sudden stamping dies and production issue.
7. Make and follow up project schedule, issue drawings and system documents, and countersign various documents.
8. Development and introduction of new technology, manpower improvement and other projects.
岗位要求：
1. College degree or above, major in design or mechanical Engineering field.
2. Minimum 5 years of working experience in stamping Die design, prior to high-speed connector field;
3. Proficient in AUTO CAD, SolidWorks or Pro/E, Power point, excel outlook.
4. Familiar with stamping Die machining process.
5. Familiar with Die configuration; excellent Die improvement skills.
6. Familiar with all kinds of defects in the process of product manufacturing and corresponding improvement plan, effectively solve the abnormal process.
