MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Follow APQP for new product introduce.
• Follow up the quality issue at the mass production stage.
• Follow up the quality issue when customer complaint.
• Layered Process Audits for mass production.
• Creating PFMEA with team
• Creating FA analysis report when solving quality issue on production line/customer return.
WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
• 3years QE experience.
• Switch or motor related experience is plus.
COMPETENCIES REQUIREMENTS
• Familiar with ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 quality management system, including MSA, SPC.
• Root cause analysis, CPK analysis capability is required, and knowledge in 8D method and error-proofing.
• 6 sigma green belt is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills and principled
EDUCATION/SKILLS REQUIREMENTS
• Electrical / Mechanical engineering.
• Bachelor’s Degree at least.
