质量/品质主管（海外工作）
岗位职责：
1、NPI阶段：对新品进行风险识别与质量策划；
2、试产阶段：前评审、试产总结评估，跟进试产质量问题的改善，主导收集整理PPAP文件；
3、标准：收集客户标准，规范内部标准，整合供方标准，确保三方标准一致，制作产品质量标准；
4、制程质量：主导量产中的质量控制管理里与问题解决；确保产品质量趋势持续下降；
5、协助客服对客诉进行问题定位、分析，执行措施，确保改善效果，提升客户满意度；
6、对RMA数据进行质量分析，发现异常点，主导团队进行改善；
7、对重点产品或经典案例做项目式改善，主导团队解决疑难杂症问题；
8、主导建立菲律宾新工厂体系并不断完善。
任职要求：
1、统招本科或以上学历，理工科专业优先（电子类、自动化类、机械类优先）；
2、有3年以上连接器行业经验；
3、熟悉ISO/ IATF16949体系，熟悉QC 七大手法、FMEA、MSA、PPAP、SPC、APQP等质量工具的应用
4、对连接器产品行业标准了解深入，逻辑能力强，善于分析；
5、熟悉测量技术和相关工具运用，测量知识丰富；
6、具备较强的协调、沟通、组织、统筹能力、问题解决能力、具备良好的学习能力，能够承担一定压力；
7、有推动质量体系建设或大型质量改善项目经验者优先；
8、具备英语听说读写能力，英语口语可以做基础交流

Quality Assurance Supervisor (Overseas Work)
Job Responsibilities:
1. NPI stage: Conduct risk identification and quality planning for new products.
2. Trial production stage: Perform pre-evaluation, summarize and assess trial production, follow up on the improvement of trial production quality issues, and lead the collection and organization of PPAP documents.
3. Standards: Collect customer standards, standardize internal standards, integrate supplier standards, ensure consistency among the three parties, and develop product quality standards.
4. Process quality: Lead quality control management and problem-solving during mass production; ensure a continuous downward trend in product quality.
5. Assist the customer service department in locating, analyzing, and implementing measures for customer complaints to ensure improvement effects and enhance customer satisfaction.
6. Conduct quality analysis on RMA data, identify abnormal points, and lead the team to make improvements.
7. Carry out project-based improvements for key products or classic cases, and lead the team to solve difficult problems.
8. Lead the establishment of the quality system for the new factory in the Philippines and continuously improve it.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in science and engineering (electronic, automation, or mechanical engineering preferred).
2. At least 3 years of experience in the connector industry.
3. Familiar with ISO/IATF16949 system, and proficient in the application of quality tools such as QC 7 tools, FMEA, MSA, PPAP, SPC, and APQP.
4. In-depth understanding of connector product industry standards, strong logical thinking, and analytical skills.
5. Familiar with measurement techniques and related tool usage, with rich measurement knowledge.
6. Strong coordination, communication, organization, and problem-solving skills; good learning ability and able to handle pressure.
7. Experience in establishing quality systems or large-scale quality improvement projects is preferred.
8. Proficient in English (listening, speaking, reading, and writing), with basic oral communication skills.
