Key Responsibilities:
1. Internal audit
1.1 periodically conduct internal audit with aiming of ensuring the consistency conformrity and the effectiveness of corrective action.
1.2 Handle all issues that are related to quality system.
2. External audit
2.1 coordinate external audit.
2.2 take corrective action for systematic weak points.
3. Maintain quality system
3.1 Handle daily issue regarding quality system.
3.2 regularly review the documents with the aim of finding out the non-conformance to quality system.
3.3 Handle other projects that are related to quality system.
3.4 Coordinating of quality tools usage
4. Enhance customer’s satisfaction
4.1 follow up the effectiveness of corrective action.
4.2 Prevent from repetitive issues by regular audit.
5. Special task
5.1 To be a trainer on quality system
5.2 To be a coordinator of quality activity
Requirements:
1. B.S degree or above, Majoring electronics or mechanics is preferable.
2. Good understanding of TS16949.
3. Basic knowledge of six sigma.
4. 3+ years’ experience in quality management field.
5. Communication and interpersonal skills and good team player; Leadership and supervising skills;PC and presentation skills;Good command of written and oral English
6. Quality tools usage, such as APQP, PPAP, MSA, FMEA, SPC
