Job Description:
1. Develops and initiates standards and methods for inspection, testing and evaluation.
2. Devises sampling procedures and designs and develops forms and instructions for recording, evaluating and reporting quality data.
3. Develops and implements methods and procedures for disposition of discrepant material and devises methods to assess cost and responsibility.
4. Compiles and writes training material and conducts training sessions on quality control activities.
5. Assures data availability and integrity for all quality related data. Consolidates and reports quality results.
6. Initiates corrective action requests as needed and tracks to satisfactory completion.
7. Assists with development and implementation of quality audits.
8.Designs and implements methods and procedures for inspecting, testing and evaluating the precision and accuracy of products and/or production equipment.
Job Requirement:
1. Associate’s degree in Electronics, Mechanical, Mechatronic, or Other Related Flied engineering.
2. 3 years engineering experience in related field; or 2 to 4 years quality engineering experience and/or training.
3. Demonstrates advanced functional and technical skills and basic process skills. Typically requires skill and troubleshooting, and diagnostics, and overview of the entire test process and the ability to train others.
